Our business operates “chemical free” cleaning methods and use products which eliminate plastic waste and aerosol usage. We promote the non-use of disposable mops and cloths which vastly reduce the need for regular transportation of traditional cleaning products and equipment; helping reduce our carbon footprint.

Our equipment typically uses low energy compared with our competitors and our cleaning methods are designed specifically to reduce energy consumption at our clients’ premises to ensure that maximum efficiency is obtained.
Wherever possible all our staff are employed locally and encouraged to utilise public transport, where viable, to travel to and from work. We also promote cycling and car shares wherever possible

From the outset of every new contract we will listen to each client’s requirements, what has been good or bad with previous contractors, and what’s been just right. We will tailor a service, offer our advice and specification to meet financial budgets along with offering an unparalleled service level that will not disappoint our clients.

We recognise that it is essential to review and monitor contract performance and a thorough costing review will be carried out annually, along with monthly monitoring/auditing processes to ensure our clients are 100% satisfied with the service delivery.
Along with daily office cleaning, we are also able to provide deep cleaning programs for window cleaning, soft furnishing and carpet cleaning, high level cleaning and external building cleaning such as jet washing, gutter clearance and chewing gum removal. We can also provide solutions for bird control issues.
We strongly believe that a safe environment for our employees and our clients’ workforce, suppliers and visitors is a very important requirement and should be the foundation of all task completion as well as high standards.
Our Senior Management Team hold certificates in Occupational Health and Safety and Risk Management, they have the knowledge and ability to ensure the workforce are trained to be safe in the work place, along with full understanding of the correct processes and reporting procedures for the client’s business and indeed our own. Training is on-going with monthly Tool Box Talks and refresher training held periodically.
